It is a home away from home. It was bought and renovated and specially designed for the girl students of STD XI & XII. It is situated in a panoramic, exquisite area surrounded by beautiful garden, meadow and lawns. The home gives a tranquil atmosphere to live, learn and grow. According to some it resembles the Tagore’s Shanthi Niketan. It has a visitor’s lounge, a prayer hall, three dormitories, a study hall, and a dining hall and a well equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. At present there are twenty students and four wardens to take care of them. It has out door games facilities like Tennis, Shuttle, and basket ball and a volley ball court.

In a historic development, a hostel for the girl students of Stds XI & XII christened Marie Louise Trichet Home was opened in the year 2003 - 2004. Nine students were admitted and are provided with comfortable and spacious dormitories, hygienic sanitation, play fields and a kitchen.


This year, we have expanded the MLT – the girl’s Hostel, by acquiring ‘Malrose’, the Bungalow and the property abutting MLT. Girls for Std.III – VII are staying in ‘Malrose’. With this expansion the girl’s hostel has enough play grounds and all other facilities required for a well-equipped Hostel.
