Golden Jubilee of Bro. Ignatius & Bro. Lawrence

The school community was proud to celebrate 50 years of commitment and service to society by Bro. Ignatius and Bro. Lawrence Gabriel. The entire school community with the Brothers, Students and staff members gathered around Bro. Ignatius and Bro. Lawrence to express their joy and thank God for the Marvells He has done to and through Bros, Ignatius and Lawrence. There was a special Eucharistic celebration in the morning at 6.30 AM. It was concelebrated by 3 other relative priests of Bro. Ignatius along with him. The School community joined Bro. Ignatius and Lawrence in prayer to thank the almighty for his goodness and great things he has done during the last 50 years. In the evening there was a special function organized in the School Assembly ground to facilitate Bros. Ignatius and Lawrence on this special occasion. Students and members of staff presented them floral bouquets, mementos, ponnadais and souvenirs appreciating the goodness of the Jubiliarians. The Principal highlighted the meaning and purpose of the Jubilee celebration and placed on record their contribution to Montfort and to the Province. The Provincial Superior, Bro. George Padikara was the Chief Guest for the occasion. The Jubilarians thanked everyone particularly the Almighty for having blessed them  with His Choicest blessings and leading them all along their journey of life for the last 50 years.
